Alghero, half day foodie tour
This tour departs from Alghero by jeep and it will take you to a local farm where you will follow a very interesting guided tour to discover the Sardinian shepherd and agro-cultural world.
You will be able to see the animals in the farm, learn about the milking process and how traditional cheese is made. You will also make same cheese yourself and take the result of your work with you.
The tour includes a fascinating visit to a museum of Sardinian traditions where you will observe ancient tools and beautiful traditional crafts.
At the end of the experience you will enjoy a generous tasting of delicious local produce such as cheese, salami, ham, bread and wine.
