Day 1
Pick up at the airport
Welcome aperitif at Calamosca beach with beautiful view
Poetto beach and flamingos tour
Sea urchins experience – at the stalls for raw ones then in the restaurant to enjoy the sea urchins pasta for lunch
City centre sightseeing
At leisure — Overnight in Cagliari – City centre according to availability

Day 2
San Benedetto market visit with tasting (lunch)
In the afternoon hands-on cooking lesson at mud-bricks traditional house (home made pasta)
Stroll through the village and visit the ancient church
Dinner served at Ventanas mud-bricks traditional house –
Overnight in Villamassargia – Ventanas

Day 3
Guided visit of “Porto Flavia dismissed mines and Pan di Zucchero cliff”
Visit Cala Domestica beach (pocket lunch)
get to Arbus to the traditional knife-maker’s (workshop)
Visit Piscinas beach and the highest sand dunes in Europe (UNESCO site)
Fish dinner served at the manor house Hotel Lucrezia
Overnight in Riola Sardo – Hotel Lucrezia

Day 4
Mont’e Prama Nuragic Giants (Cabras Museum)
Tharros ancient Phoenician city
The best of Sinis beaches tour
Lunch at Mari Ermi in a traditional “reed falasco”
Vernaccia cellars tour with wine tasting
At leisure – Overnight in Riola Sardo – Hotel Lucrezia

Day 5
Visit “Su Nuraxi” of Barumini (UNESCO site)
Visit the Giara plateau with the last living wild horses in Europe
Lunch with local products in a traditional olive oil mill, guided tour with the owner and olive oil tasting
Visit an ethnographic museum
Demonstration of bread making
Join a local family for dinner in their house and spend time with them
Overnight in Sarcidano area – Domu Antiga (Gergei) or Antica Locanda Lunetta (Mandas)

Day 6
Visit the renowned local winery Olianas
Meet centenarians in their houses and chat with them
Outing to the countryside with the “shepherd lunch”
Hands on cooking lesson (ancient recipes, dismissed tools, centenarians meal)
Dinner served
Launeddas private concert plus demonstration Sardinian dance
Overnight in Sarcidano area – Domu Antiga (Gergei) or Antica Locanda Lunetta (Mandas)

Day 7
Transfer to Cagliari & visit the Archaeological National Museum
At leisure
Transfer to airport in the afternoon – evening*
